A seaside holiday in the heart of town

View from Coco Beach, 5 minutes away
This self-catering apartment is just 5 minutes walk from Nice’s best kept secret: the bijou beaches and rocky inlets east of the port, and the scenic coastal footpath to idyllic Villefranche-sur-Mer. Swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing are all on your doorstep. Access over 30 scuba diving sites and dive certification with Nice Diving, whose boat leaves twice daily from the Port. In summer, boat trips will take you to the Iles de Lérins near Cannes, to see the Man in the Iron Mask's cell, and also to Saint Tropez. Or take a ferry to Corsica or Sardinia and plunge even further into the Mediterranean ambiance!
Enjoy Old Nice, without the crowds

Garibaldi, more than just a biscuit!
Stroll around the port to the Chateau hill for breathtaking panoramic views, then down to Old Nice for a sunset aperitif on Cours Saleya or Place Rossetti.
Or wander over to the old town's other entrance at Place Garibaldi, just 10 minutes walk away, for more outdoor cafés and restaurants, ice cream parlours, Italian architecture to take your breath away, the modern art museum and an English language cinema.

Sail across the harbourFrom May to October, if you don't feel like strolling the 15 minutes or so around the port to the Promenade, you can take the free ferry boat and feel like a local fisherman for a few minutes.
